Frequently asked questions

Is delivery included in the price?

Yes, a standard UK next day delivery cost is included in the unit cost. Premium services or deliveries outside the UK woudl be extra and can be confirmed.

How do I setup an account?

Please contact us and we just need one form completed to arrange this.

Will I see a proof first?

Yes, we supply a PDF proof for all labels for approval before proceeding to production and confirming a delivery date. This would normally take 24-48 hours. We can then also arrange a printed sample subject to time and costs.

Can you produce peel & read / multilayer labels?

Yes we have the latest equipment to print 3 to 5 page labels and always happy to advise further for these complicated labels.

Can you print digital?

Yes we can print both digital inkjet and conventional UV flexo. We are always happy to advise when we see artwork or specifications.

What finish or effects can I have?

We can advise all options available such as matt, rough matt or soft touch varnish along with metallic effects.
